Banana Cherry Cordial (Cocktail)
"I found this cocktail recipe on a website called the Greecelogue. This is one of my favorite Ouzo discoveries, because it's is a tasty cocktail that I really enjoy sipping while I'm relaxing and have time to read a good book or unwind after a busy day. It's served in a cordial glass or small cocktail glass."

ingredients
- 9.44 g Jagermeister (chilled)
- 9.44 g banana liqueur
- 14.17 g coconut rum
- 9.44 g ouzo
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 9.44 g blue curacao
- 2 cherries (for garnish)
directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the chilled Jägermeister, banana liqueur, coconut rum and ouzo. Shake a few times, just enough to mix ingredients.
- Add ice to the shaker, then strain cocktail into a cocktail glass.
- Carefully add the blue Curacao to the cocktail glass. Garnish with two cherries, and enjoy.

The flavors I got from this were mostly the anise from the ouzo and the Jager. I really couldn't taste the banana. I'm not saying I didn't like i, cuz I did, and wow, it packs a punch! It certainly allowed me to unwind after a long day!! Thanks NG for sharing!! Made for ZWT6!! Team SSaSSy!!!

This site used to be awesome. It was at the top of its game when it was called Recipezaar, but that was many years ago. The site was purchased by Scripps and belly-flopped into mediocrity. A few of the faithful members remained, hoping to wait out the storm of corporate nonsense. But alas, it never got better and just continued on its terminal path to nothingness. So most of the loyal members have vanished and made homes at better recipe sites.
