  1. I served this with our Greek appetizers and it is a lovely, light and refreshing drink. Thanks for posting, momaphet ! Made during ZWT#9 for my team, Tasty Testers :)

  2. I'm not big on cocktails or sweet drinks, but I was keen to try this for two reasons. It was a Greek recipe for the Culinary Quest and someone gave me half a bottle of Blue Curacao. So time to get out the tall drink glass and have a go. It is too sweet for my taste, but it would be perfect for those who like sweeter drinks. I think a couple of ounces of soda water would take the edge off the sweetness. Oh, and the colour is fantastic. To that end, I have posted two photos—one before stirring and one after.

  3. This was a refreshing cocktail. The splash of carbonated lemon-lime beverage wasn't enough to really change the taste or add even a little bubbly effervescence to the drink. So the next time I make this, I wouldn't worry about omitting that if I didn't have any on handy. But it was a good drink, something you'll like if you enjoy drinks with a crisp, clean, refreshing taste. Thanks, momaphet! Made for Culinary Quest 2016 (Greece).

  4. Delicious! Instead of the blue Curacao, I used grand Marnier and ginger ale. Great part of my Greek zwt 9 feast!

  5. After reading the other reviews, I decided to use only 1/2 ounce of blue curacao. Cause this is really sweet. And I used 100% Florida orange juice (6 ounces). I omitted the lemon-lime beverage. Very good. Thanks Momaphet :) Made for the Zwizzle Chicks of ZWT
