Everyone loved this recipe (even the kids). I served it with mashed cauliflower and it was great. I used a little more tomato sauce than it called for and used cherry tomatoes cut in half. We grilled the fish instead of broiling it and it turned out great. Loved the sauce and I agree that it looks like an impressive dish when you present it on the table. Will make this one again for sure.

My husband and I loved this recipe. It is a definite keeper! I cut the recipe in half for the two of us, used 1.5 shallots instead of onion and half a can of drained diced tomatoes (no fresh on hand). It turned out beautifully! The topping would be delicious on so many things, it is really impressive looking too! Thanks!

This dish is wonderful! I substituted fresh basil for the parsley.....the flavors are awesome and I am soooo glad I tried it! Perfect for a summer meal.

DH and I made this recipe for dinner tonight and loved it!! It has great flavor and was easy to prepare. We halved the recipe to suit the two of us with perfect results. DH accidentally forgot to add the tomato paste (which we didn't miss, but will be sure to include next time) and I omitted the lemon garnish as it was just the two of us. We also liked the fish both with and without the feta. We will definitely make this again, thanks!

Wonderful recipe! The presentation is gorgeous. This is definitely something you could make to impress company. The tomato mixture is delicious. I could eat it by itself! I did need to cook the fish much longer - could be my oven - I cooked it for 12 minutes on each side (it was 5" from the broiler).

This recipe is excellent! My man never had mahi-mahi and was thoroughly impressed. Since I made 2 servings I didn't bother to open a can of tomato paste to use such a small amount. I didn't miss it a bit. THANK YOU!

This recipe is not only delicious, but it was one of the easiest dinners I've made. I have been married for two years now, and my husband said this was the best dinner I've made him so far! Because my husband in not a big cheese eater I left that off, but cannot imagine that it could have been any better than it was.

Wonderful fish recipe. I used 1 can of Delmonte diced tomatoes w/basil and oregano in place of fresh tomatoes. Used parmesean cheese intead and added about 1 TBLS sugar. Thanks so much. This is a keeper.

This recipe was spectacular! I made it with fresh Wahoo. It is a great way to serve fish with a Mediterranean flare. Delicious! It is definitely going in my vault!

This recipe is great! We used tilapia and served it along with Smoked Gouda Cheese Grits #104577. It's fast and pretty low in fat.

This was a wonderful change of pace for a fish dish. We used cod and I had to use canned chopped tomatoes(drained)as we are out of fresh. I had mine with feta but DH went without(his choice)Thanks for a tasty fish dinner.
