    this is an easy Moussaka recipe that tastes great and suits the international taste. I found this in a magazine more years ago than I wish to say. It's even better warmed up.

    Directions:

      Spread corn in an ungreased, shallow 1 1/2 qt.

      casserole dish.

      In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.
    4. 4
      Add flour; cook& stir for 1 minute.
    5. 5
      Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon; pour over corn in dish.

      Bake@ 350 deg.

      for 15 minutes.

      Meanwhile, combine eggs& cottage cheese; spread over meat mixture.

      Top with parmesan and mozzarella.
    10. 10
      Bake 10- 15 minutes more.

      I've been searching for this recipe. I found it years ago in Better Homes and Gardens and lost it recently. It's a family favorite.

      This is something my mom used to make when I was growing up and so it's exciting now to be able to make it for my family, who loves it as much as I do.

      My daughter took my recipes and was putting them in a book. This one was never returned to me. I made it by memory but missed a few things.<br/>i was so glad I found it. It is great fast and easy. Thanks
