It Seem this was the only Recipe I could Find for Cucumber sauce. I know they use this sauce in store to sell with pre-made gyro's But I am making homeade Gyro's Just didn't want to make the sauce,Great substitute for people like me who hate the site of yogurt. Great Recipe I added garlic as well and followed the recipes for the Tzatziki Sauce just used sour cream instead.people found this review Helpful. Excellent! Very simple and quick to prepare. I did shred the cucumber and then wring it out in a clean kitchen towel so that a lot of the moisture was gone - also added a shake or two of garlic powder.people found this review Helpful.
