  • Mush potatoes: We boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.
  • We put them in a large bowl and we mush them well. We add butter and garlic. We stir well.
  • We pour milk, add salt, pepper, the nutmeg, the parsley and we stir. We leave aside. We keep it warm.
  • Burgers: In a large bowl we put all the ingredients together and we mix well.
  • We mold into burgers (1,5-2cm thick) and we put them in a nonstick frypan and we cook for 12-15 minutes.
  • We remove them from the pan and we pour the lemon juice.
  • We serve in a wide plate with the mushed potatoes aside. Enjoy!
