Wow! This was phenomenol! I grilled the canteloupe and pepper as per Chef Kate's suggestion and we just loved everything about this. Left out the couscous this time as we had a lot of food going on today (father's day). Loved everything about this luscious appy.

We loved the flavors of this dish. We had it as a main dish and it was for me also the first time I had grilled cantaloupe...but certainly not the last time because it was great! Used the ouzo. Thanks Kate for posting this unusual, but delicious, recipe!!

My roommates made this for dinner and had it as a main course. I ate it cold the next day for lunch and was so impressed! The flavors of this recipe were awesome....Also i have never had grilled cantelope and I agree it should not be ommitted. They used Sambuca instead of Ouzo. Thanks Chef!
