Feta Cheese Dressing

"Feta ties with Sharp Cheddar and Havarti for my favorite cheeses. I love the sharp taste of a good Feta on salads with sweet tomatoes and cucumbers."

ingredients

• 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 cup wine vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
2. Blend 5 seconds.

I really enjoyed the flavor combination. This was used to dress smoked salmon sandwiches today for lunch. It was made a little lighter by using half mayo and half non-fat Greek yogurt. Made for *ZWT6*
