- 453.59 g sausage, cut up
- 118.29 ml goat milk feta
- 2 stalk celery & tops, chopped
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 118.29 ml fresh parsley, chopped
- 59.16 ml olive oil
- 29.58 ml red wine
- 4.92 ml salt
- 0.5 ml pepper
- 2 medium tomatoes, firm and ripe chopped
- 113.39 g spaghetti, dry
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
- In casserole dish, combine first 9 ingredients (to and including the pepper).
- Mix to combine.
- Roast in oven for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti and garnish with the fresh tomatoes.
