      Not only is this delicious but it's a terrific lunch when the power is out, lol. I can only echo the other reviews and add that I'll be enjoying it again soon as I still have two ripe avocados. :D

      Just delicious! After taking photos, I diced my avocado in it's shell and flipped it out for easier eating. The flavors are wonderful together...passing this recipe on to friends!

      Wow Cadillacgirl, was this recipe good, thank you so much for sharing. I really enjoyed the avocado prepared this way, I had them for breakfast this morning. It was perfect, full of lovely flavors and textures, was filling without being heavy and was good for me to boot. I did use fresh oregano instead of dried and my black olives were stuffed with garlic, other than that made the recipe as written. I really enjoyed the zip from the raspberry vinegar, it rounded it all off perfectly. Made for ZWT9

      I loved this easy, summery recipe for lunch today. It never occurred to me to stuff an avocado so I'm so glad that I saw this recipe. I love avocados and I love all the stuffing ingredients so this made for a winning combination for me. I'd make this again. Thanks! Made for ZWT9.

      Delicious. I had one small avocado that needed to be used up so made about 1/3 of a recipe. I didn't have a red pepper, so used a green one. I have a cherished bottle of raspberry vinegar from France and this recipe certainly deserved some of it. Thanks.

      when I first read this recipe I thought, hey with the exception of the feta, pepper and rasberry vinegar that is exactly how I fill avocados and I use white balsamic vinegar. But oh what wonderful tastes these three ingredients give to the avocados. It was a HUGE hit with DH and he reckons I have to alternate the recipes each time I do avocados. Thanks for sharing.
