      Just made this for dinner and it is great! super easy and really yummy...was like a warm fish sald, and i love that it is low cal...thanks for the great recipe :)

      Made this with trout as that was what I had in the freezer. Slightly overcooked the spinach which is easy to do but not recommended!! Added some white onion and cherry tomatoes which were excellent and could see it working with some black olives and a few capers for extra flavour. Oh, also used half fat feta which works perfectly fine!All in all good recipe but could do with a little extra flavour. Thanks for posting!

      Loved this with thin flounder. Only changed quantities because wasn't using a pound. Took 15 or more minutes to cook through. Feta and garlic really add good flavor to this dish. Hopefully Oolala has tried it - I think it is a winner.
