- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Mix ingredients together. Use as a marinade for chicken, then grill or bake as you wish.
Delicious! The chicken was really moist and I liked the bold use use of the herbs that worked great with the yoghurt (I used Greek yoghurt) and gave the chicken a great fragrance and taste.
I omitted the ground coriander. I was not sure that DH would like this because of the yogurt but he loved it. The chicken was so moist. And the taste from the spices was great. Thanks Linguinelisa :) Made for Market tag game
