The dressing that many Greek resturants use. Very easy and quick to prepare. Is wonderful on a plain lettuce, onion, tomato & cucumber salad, and also may be used as a marinade for chicken.
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cavendars all purpose Greek seasoning
- 1⁄4 cup feta cheese
- Mix oil, juice and seasoning together, and pour over salad of your choice. Sprinkle Feta on top.
- The amount you use is your preference.
