Easy Greek/Middle Eastern style spread. Great with pita bread, crackers or crusty bread.

  1. In food processor, combine cheese, oil, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, tomatoes and red peppers.
  2. Blend well to form a nice smooth paste.
  3. If too thick, thin with a little more oil.
  4. Serve with pita bread, crackers or crusty bread.

Served this with pita triangles. Very delicious. Used my own oil-packed toms I prepared myself and my own roasted peppers.
