  1. This is a great recipe. My family loves it. I double the recipe and fish to feed my lot of 5. Very easy and great tasting.

  2. This makes fabulous tasting fish! We really enjoyed this recipe. I left out the oil and cooked the fish, in the dish with the sauce, under the broiler rather than heat up the whole oven. Great!

  3. Very good baked flounder! Thanks Dancer for sharing!

  4. I tried this with fresh haddock instead of flounder and it is just delicious. I love the combination of flavors, especially the lemon and oregano. A nice lift from the ordinary and not so hard on the calories either. Thanks, Dancer^!

  5. Couldn't be better: Low fat, low carb, low effort, great taste. I cooked 1 1/2 lbs of fish hoping for leftovers. My husband ate it all. The sauce was plenty, even for the extra amount of fish. I will definitely make this again.
