This is a great recipe. My family loves it. I double the recipe and fish to feed my lot of 5. Very easy and great tasting.

This makes fabulous tasting fish! We really enjoyed this recipe. I left out the oil and cooked the fish, in the dish with the sauce, under the broiler rather than heat up the whole oven. Great!

I tried this with fresh haddock instead of flounder and it is just delicious. I love the combination of flavors, especially the lemon and oregano. A nice lift from the ordinary and not so hard on the calories either. Thanks, Dancer^!

Couldn't be better: Low fat, low carb, low effort, great taste. I cooked 1 1/2 lbs of fish hoping for leftovers. My husband ate it all. The sauce was plenty, even for the extra amount of fish. I will definitely make this again.

I really wanted to like this but didn't. The flounder I bought was very fishy tasting but we were also not fans of the seasoning.

This was quick and easy, but we probably won't make it again. No one in the house had eaten flounder before, and we really didn't care for the fish itself, but the seasoning was pretty good... Might try again if I am brave enough to try flounder again... as I did buy the cheap stuff this time. The fish we had was quite "fishy" tasting...

All I had on hand was limes and red wine vinegar. It was very good. The kids enjoyed it. :) Hope to try it again soon with lemons and balsamic.

This was super quick and easy to make on a weeknight with things I usually have on hand. The flavor was fine; not especially wonderful but a good solid dinner.

We had this for dinner tonight. It was good. It was a change from how we usually fix fish. It was nice, but not our favorite recipe. It was light and Italian. Thanks for posting it.

I would probably cut back on the lemon juice to an 1/8 of a cup, but it was delicious. A little zesty, but very good.

Not a keeper for me. I had to throw alot of my fresh flounder away. I don't know if it was the fishy fishy taste of the flounder or the tartness of the sauce. The flavors just did not blend well for us.

This was a great way to prepare flounder. i made rice ala grecque with it and artichoke saute which made a well rounded greek dinner for my boyfriend and I. Thank you so much for posting this.

Great weeknight dinner. Easy and tasty. I broiled the fish (actually used petrale sole). For the sauce, I used fresh squeezed lemon juice, and substituted a tablespoon of fresh snipped marjorum, which I happened to have on hand, for the dried oregano. Skipped the parsley. A keeper - even if I need to use dried herbs!

SO easy, and SO good! It gives broiled fish just a little bit of zest without adding lots of calories like the butter- and vream-based sauces you typically find on fish. As an added tip: If you are looking to mask the flavor of fish, this recipe isn't going to do it!

I was disappointed in the flavor as I found it to be lacking flavor and a bit tart, as another reviewer mentioned. I am on a low carb diet and is the reason why I chose this recipe. I do agree it's a healthier way to prepare fish as well as an easy recipe to prepare; my taste buds just didn't agree.

This was so-so, not a keeper for me. I made it as per the recipe. It seemed to lack something ( maybe garlic?) ...the flavor and taste was not well-rounded. A bit too tart.
