wonderful, I have used a marinade similar to this in the past, the honey is a must for best tenderizing, these turned out moist an flavorful, great recipe thanks for sharing Lainey!

My chops sat in the marinade for two days, and they were so delicious! They were moist, tender, and flavorful. I didn't have any mint, so that ingredient was left out, but the honey, lemon, and cayenne were just perfect. I served these with white rice and veggies.

Lovely flavour. I liked the wee kick from the cayenne. Made it tonight for my husband and one of our friends and they gave it 4 stars (and my husband is VERY fussy) thanks for a nice recipe Lainey :)

I have died and gone to heaven. We left out the mint and subbed the pork for chicken (not a big pork fan), but this was AMAZING. The marinade... oh my goodness. It was perfectly seasoned (took a close up photo to post of the glaze when it grills... perfection!). We will make this one again and again. Yummmmy! Made for ZWT4
