I made about half of the recipe, but used quite a bit more dill. This was a delicious and easy way to dress up rice.

Delicious! I needed to use up some red onion, so added that instead. I really liked the addition of the mint, albeit I had to use dried. Look forward to using the fresh next time. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag game. :)

Love the taste of this rice dish, which I made for photo tag. However, being a Weight Watcher I would list the servings as 4 or 5 and to trim fat I used low-fat feta cheese and less than 1 tablespoon of oil and still had great results. Thanks for posting.

I made this dish on the stove (don't have a rice cooker); basically cooked the rice with the chicken stock and then added the other ingredients and let sit to warm for 5 min. I subbed onions with green onions and did not add pine nuts. Next time I think I will try basmati rice instead, as these are fluffier and not so sticky. The stickiness using long grain rice could have been a factor of me not using a rice cooker, I don't know the difference since I have never used one. Great flavours and great with a different kind of rice dish.
