What an exceptional recipe! I made this last night for the BF and I, and it was like a gourmet dinner at a restaurant! I used a red bell pepper instead of green, and added an extra lemon because was too lazy to get the zest, used 2 tsps of oregano, and instead of lemon pepper used black pepper. YUMMY! I only wished I would have added more bell peppers because we love our veggies. Served this with steamed veggies and Jasmine rice. Excellent. Thanks for posting.

This was so good I only wish I had made more! I did use Greek Seasoning instead of the oregano & lemon pepper, but did add the lemon zest. I love lemony flavors & this was wonderful! Thank you for sharing a recipe I will use again. Made for ZWT4.

Super easy to prep.. just tossed everything together and I baked these in my toaster oven (gotta keep an eye on the veggies this way or else they burn) I used a very generous amount of smoked paprika, which gave the chicken a nice smoky spicy flavour. Will definitely make it again. Thanks!

I used drumsticks and thighs for Sunday supper. Though not stated in the directions, I used the spice bend as a rub on the poultry. I loved that the chicken had lots of flavor despite no marinating time. Scaled this down for 2 and think it works best with a smallish pan so that the onions and peppers stay moist with the pan juices. Served mine with bulgur and lemon zested green beans. Next time I would include small diced red potatoes for and almost one dish meal. Thanks Paula.

A very nice chicken recipe. The directions do not tell you when to put the spices on but I assume it is in step 4 after coating the chicken with cooking spray. I chose to coat the chicken very lightly with olive oil rather than the spray. I also added a bit of Greek Seasoning (Spice) along with the oregano and it was very nice. Added fresh mushrooms and I think cubed potatoes would be a great addition too. For us, it was a bit too lemony so I will adjust that next time but that is just our own tastes. Thx for sharing this lovely recipe Paula!

No stars now since I didn't do this exact to the recipe and I just put it in the oven. ;O) I skipped the green bell pepper and added a little honey instead... 1 small onion sliced big... pre minced garlic... lemon juice in the bottle... skipped oregano... used pepper and salt instead of lemon pepper. I really wanted to try this but as I was making it I didn't have the ingredients. Well I hope it still turns out nummy!

I made these the day before and served them cold over a spinach salad. They were good but I think they would have been better hot. Without the extra lemon juice I served with them they would have been too bland. Next time it will be "hot off the griddle."

Tender goodness!Skipped the lemon pepper. I did use yellow bell pepper, fresh and dried oregano. I did also mix the spices paprika, oregano, garlic, lemon zest and 1 tablespoon Honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil then drizzled on the chicken before baking. I found no need to deglaze my pan for the dish had plenty of juices leaving the pan without anything that needed to be deglazed. Thanks for the tender goodness!

This was a delicous combination of flavors, and my family ate it all up for dinner tonight. I used skinless boneless chicken breasts, red bell pepper instead of green, and instead of lemon pepper I just added a bit more lemon zest and lots of cracked black pepper. Yum! Thanks, PaulaG! Made for ZWT4.

We loved this. The tartness of the lemon really shines through. My family can not eat green peppers (they don't like us) so I substituted zucchini. I also used fresh oregano. Quick and easy to do. Made for ZWT4.

This is very good. I used thighs but know that legs would be better. I think you could even use chicken breasts and they would be moist and nice. Talk about easy!! Gotta love that. I didn't add the last lemon as my husband isn't so crazy about it and there was lots of juice. It had a nice subtle flavour which worked well at our house. This one will def. be made again and again. It was made for ZWT4. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This was very easy, and quite tasty to boot. We used thighs instead of drumsticks (long story), so cut it to one piece per person. Some of the family thought this was kind of bland, but the "sauce" left in the bottom of the pan, definitely perked it up! Thank you for posting, made for ZWT4.

This was a great meal. I followed the recipe, using red pepper instead of green & adding 3 small potatoes, sliced into thin wedges, to make a one dish meal. Lovely flavours that I'm looking forward to having for lunch tomorrow. Thanks Paula for another keeper. Made for ZWT4

What an easy oven meal. Very tasty. I left the skin on the drumsticks per preference of "the boys", but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. I loved the lemon flavor. Thanks, Paula. Made for ZWT4.
