Really very good but I might have goofed. I cut the potatoes into 8 pieces and this might have been too small as they cooked in half the time. Also the coating mixture burned on the botton of the dish. Maybe oven was too hot. Will adjust next time. But a great recipe.

I love Greek anything so I knew this was going to be a winner for me! I plan to make these often at the families request, as they loved them too!

This is a great receipe, tastes fantastic. The only suggestion I might make (in order to make them more authentically Greek) is to parboil for ten to fifteen minutes first and then cover them with foil when cooking so that they don't get crispy. Aside from that, this receipe is perfect, thank you for posting it !

These potato's are fabulous! I usen baby potato's with the skin on, cooked in the oven for an hour and they were amazing. Give them a try they don't disappoint!

These potatoes were great! I have eaten Greek potatoes at a couple of restaurants before and I loved them. I was glad to find this recipe. The only change I made was that I used dried herbs because I didn't have the fresh ones.

Nice oven potatoes, and healthy too. Due to the lack of oil and lemon juice these take really long time to cook (about 1,5 in my case), but the zesty lemon makes it all worth it. You could easily use dried herbs for this too, as the dish is in the oven for so long.

Excellent! After falling in love with the roasted potatoes at a local Greek restaurant I checked out Zaar for a recipe. I made the recipe as directed except for subbing fresh oregano. The combination of lemon, garlic and fresh herbs was sensational - much better than the retaurant's. version.

These were good! I used the fresh rosemary and I think I will cut it down a little next time I make this. The rosemary was a bit strong for us,but this was a very good way to fix potatos.I loved the great lemon and garlic combo! Lots of flavor.I will also cut my potatos a little smaller as I think I made them too large a dice. Thanks for a good recipe!I will make this again.
