Greek Marinade

"A very simple marinade- Greek style. Great with chicken or meat. For a greek style dish -use with lamb skewers and serve with a greek salad. As a bonus this recipe is naturally gluten free. Makes 3/4 cup. Forgot to mention with my original posting of this recipe that I have marinated in the afternoon to use the same night."

  1. Perfect w/ the addition of fresh garlic. Great on chicken and beef. Thanks!

  2. *Made for Australia/NZ Swap #45*. Had 4 big, fat skin-on, bone-in thighs, which marinated about 4 hours. I added some chopped garlic when I poured it into gallon bag, and salted and peppered the thighs. Baked in a 350* oven for 90 minutes, covered with foil. Love to have chicken "fall-off-the-bone" done, and this was very tasty. I will keep some to use on other meats. Thanks for posting, Jubes !!
