Perfect w/ the addition of fresh garlic. Great on chicken and beef. Thanks!

*Made for Australia/NZ Swap #45*. Had 4 big, fat skin-on, bone-in thighs, which marinated about 4 hours. I added some chopped garlic when I poured it into gallon bag, and salted and peppered the thighs. Baked in a 350* oven for 90 minutes, covered with foil. Love to have chicken "fall-off-the-bone" done, and this was very tasty. I will keep some to use on other meats. Thanks for posting, Jubes !!

This is quick to make and yet so delicious! Mmmmmmmm love the blend of flavors in here from the taste of oregano with a tiny hint of sweet lemon. Thanks for sharing! Made for ZWT4 KKK.

I used this marinade for chicken and it came out extremely moist and full of flavor. Very easy and the results are yummy. Made for ZWT4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

My DH rates this marinade with five stars. I bought 3 eye of round steaks that I marinated for about 3 hours. DH grilled them and the flavor was amazing! Tender, bit of zing from the lemon juice and the amount of oregano was perfect. Will be making this marinade again! Made and reviewed for ZWT 4.

I marinated chicken breast fillets in this delightful marinade. I found that 2 hours marinading time was enough...if using lamb maybe leaving it longer would be good. Served along side a greek salad it made for a lovely lunch :)Reviewed for Spring 2007 PAC.
