    This would also be a great marinade for poultry. This is simple, quick and quite tasty!! Please allow time for marinading, as it isn't included in the prep time. Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning includes salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, onion powder, parsley, flavor based seasoning and 5 other spices not listed. I would recommend grilling the shrimp and using the marinade to baste the shrimp during the initial cook time. This marinade will easily cover/marinade 1 1/2 lbs shrimp.

    • 2/3 cup olive oil
    • 1 lemon (zest of half and juice of the whole lemon)
    • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons all purpose Greek seasoning, such as Cavender's

    Directions:

      Mix all ingredients together and then pour over shrimp (seafood of choice), and allow to marinade at least 1/2 hour.
