    diner524's Note:

This would also be a great marinade for poultry. This is simple, quick and quite tasty!! Please allow time for marinading, as it isn't included in the prep time. Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning includes salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, onion powder, parsley, flavor based seasoning and 5 other spices not listed. I would recommend grilling the shrimp and using the marinade to baste the shrimp during the initial cook time. This marinade will easily cover/marinade 1 1/2 lbs shrimp.

I used this marinade to marinate salmon. It was great and easy. While the salmon was in the marinade, the bbq had the time to preheat. Thanks diner :) Made for ZWT9

Great marinade. I used it on chicken thighs but will be trying it on shrimp soon. For the seasoning mix, I used Greek Seasoning Mix. Made for ZWT 9.

I used my Cretan (Greek) spices mix and turned out perfect with fish fillets!

The marinade was great with the addition of lemon zest.
I used frozen fish, but if possible I would freh fish instead.
Thanks a lot for this dish!
