I used this marinade to marinate salmon. It was great and easy. While the salmon was in the marinade, the bbq had the time to preheat. Thanks diner :) Made for ZWT9

Great marinade. I used it on chicken thighs but will be trying it on shrimp soon. For the seasoning mix, I used Greek Seasoning Mix. Made for ZWT 9.

I used my Cretan (Greek) spices mix and turned out perfect with fish fillets!

The marinade was great with the addition of lemon zest.
I used frozen fish, but if possible I would freh fish instead.
Thanks a lot for this dish!

I heard my husband smacking his lips. I told him not to get 'lippy' because he should know it's a no win situation. Made for Everyday Is A Holiday.

I used this marinade with fish, and then put it on the grill alongside some burgers I was making for my son. The fish turned out partially grilled, partially smoked....whatever, they were delicious! Marinated for about 25 minutes. Wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

I have to say, this was perfect for us. Just enough salt/seasoning, but no overpowering herbs. I had a feeling we would love it, as I adore Cavender's! I marinated 1 lb of shrimp for 1 hour which was the right amount of time, I feel. I grilled up the shrimp on skewers in a grill pan indoors. Used them to top a green salad made with greens, green peppers, tomatoes and feta. YUMMO! Good job, Diner! Made for the Wild Card Challenge for ZWT6, Team SSaSSy.
