    Posting this for ZWT6. From Betty Crocker - Easy Meatless Dishes. You can also substitute a Greek salad dressing for the Italian dressing. The cooking time is actually for the chilling time.

      Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

      Rinse with cold water; drain.

      Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in glass or plastic

      Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer

      than 24 hours.

      Top salad with cheese.

      SUBSTITUTION: For a more intense flavor, substitute 1 cup sliced, pitted

      Kalamata olives for the sliced ripe olives.

      Loved it! Easy and delicious! Kalamato olives are the only way to go! I felt it needed additional dressing but that might just be me. Made for ZWT9 July 2013.

      This was so easy and so delicious! I made this exactly as posted and was very pleased. This makes an excellent portable lunch, and I am sure I will be making it often. Made for ZWT6 by a RedHot Renegade.
