Easy and delicious - thank you for sharing this :) I topped it with cheese and baked it for 20 mins or so rather than just dishing it straight out, and it was gorgeous.

I finally got around to trying this recipe (after long admiring Bev's photo!). I loved it! The prep was easy and I loved everything about the flavor. I added some chopped walnuts to mine (since I love walnuts with cottage cheese) because I was out of pine nuts. Both teens ate it up, too! Thanks Maine-iac, for a super recipe! Roxygirl

Excellent receipe. Very easy and quick. I added 6 oz. feta and 3 cooked and crumbled Italian turkey sausage links. I also took the advice of another and baked ours in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. The flavors really came together after cooking in the oven. Thanks for the yummy receipe!

This recipe turned out very well and it tasted even better re-warmed the next day. I made a few additions - I browned a pound of ground beef with seasonings and added it to the rest of the ingredients. Also, since I did not have any spinach, I used a frozen package of creamed spinach which turned out very good. I doubled the cottage cheese and oregeno. I mixed everything together in a casserole dish and baked at 350 until hot.

Different. Bev's picture looks better than mine tasted! The recipe didn't say how big of a bag of frozen spinach and I know they make a 10 oz. bag. I had a 16 oz bag and used all of it. That may have been the problem. It was very "spinach-y". The pine nuts are a great addition to a pasta recipe, though!! I liked them enough that I'll add pine nuts to pasta dishes more often. I used the whole 5 oz container of feta. I also had to add an additional 1/2 cup of cottage cheese because it needed it. (Perhaps due to the amt of spinach I used.) I may try again with adjustments and re-review.

Really good, you can even add chicken for a carnivore version. I will make it again.

This is a wonderful low-fat meal! I made a few changes to accomodate our busy lifestyle. Rather than use the plum tomatoes, I simply added a (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano. I also used basil & tomato feta cheese to add a more robust flavor in place of the regular feta cheese.

This was quick and easy, and tasted pretty good. It wasn't all that hot once everything got mixed with the cheese, which was room temperature. Next time I will probably put the cooked pasta with the spinach mixture in a baking dish, top with the cheese, and bake for 30 minutes or so. Thanks for posting!

This is wonderful! I prepared as directed by Maine-iac, however I did substitute ricotta cheese for the cottage. The pasta was terrific and immensely tasty. I will prepare this again, and look forward to serving it in the future. Thanks Maine-iac!! Love your recipes : )

My fussy fussy teen daughter gave this one 6 out of 5! She said she liked how it was 'tasty and nutritious'. I left out the pine nuts b/c I forgot to buy them and the cottage cheese b/c I didnt think DH would like it, and it was still great. Yum Yum!! One to add permanently to my repertoire.
