  1. This was an easy and delicious salad to whip together. I subbed zucchini for cuke, b/c DH won't eat it.

  2. This salad is right up my alley and I had everything on hand for it. It came together quickly and the colors really pop. Love all the ingredients and this recipe will definitely be on my menu for the summer. It's going to make a delicious meal for my dinner tonight. The only changes I made was to omit the green pepper and I used less olive oil. Hope there's some left for hubby tomorrow when he gets home. : )

  3. I really liked the olives in this dish. I decreased the amount to serve it just for 2 people. Didn't have any cucumber but I added some shredded carrots and sliced mushrooms...the only thing I would change is that I would like more pasta in the salad. Made for Rookie Recipe Tag game.

  4. Yum! Really liked the flavours in this dish. Since lemons are at a premium here, I decided to add the zest, along with all of the juice, to the dressing. Worked out very nicely. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag game. :)
