Oh, this was yummy. I screwed up the recipe like mad - parsley in the stuffing rather than in the meat, and forgot to buy oats so I used bread crumbs & ground walnuts instead. I smothered a slice in skordalia, took a bite and kinda jumped in my seat. I'm not giving it five stars because that would seem a little absurd, but it sure is yummy.

Exceptional! Could not find any decent ground lamb today, so we made it with 1/2 lb each of lean ground beef, pork and veal - different taste from lamb, but truely outstanding. GREAT Dinner Party meal

Puts a new outlook on meatloaf for me. DH and I both loved it!

I can't believe this doesn't have loads of stars because it was so delicious! Even my little Smurffs loved it! I left out the cinnamon for us and just added some Louisiana Hot Sauce, which isn't quite as hot as Tabasco, and gave loads of flavor without loads of hotness. This will be a repeat at our house!

This is a fantastic recipe! The only thing I changed was I doubled the feta...one cup wasn't enough for me. It was perfect! I'm adding this to the "regular meals" section of my personal recipe box. I'll never make another boring meatloaf again!
