Amazing burgers! I agree with others that these would make grat meatballs. They were so easy to put together. I used mostly fresh herbs, but did add dried Pasta Sprinkle from Penzeys rather than Italian seasoning. I made the burgers in to sliders and froze the extra patties raw and look forward to grilling them soon. Thanks for this great recipe. I wouldn't change a thing.

These were delicious on the grill. My wife and I used ground turkey breast, reduced the olive to 1/3 cup and the onion powder to 1/2 tsp. Otherwise, made as directed. Was worried that they would turn out dry since we used breast meat and to our surprise they didn't. We are planning to make them again for the fourth of july picinic our family is having as sliders so everyone can try them.

Love this recipe! Made these tonight and they are wonderful! I used Kalamata olives instead of salad olives. Will definitely make again! (I doubled the recipe and made some burgers for the grill, then rolled the rest into meatballs and baked ... also very good!)

These were really good. My family, who really don't like turkey burgers, really liked them. Which is saying alot, for my bunch! Loved the feta in them. Great and will definately make again!

Yum! These were awesome burgers! Used kalamata olives and 2 t chopped fresh garlic. Feta adds so much flavor and helps keep the burgers from drying out. Leftovers were just as good. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I subbed the turkey with chickpeas for a veggie burger. They didn't stick together at all, making for a sloppy meal, but were pretty good -- a very unique veggie burger. I look forward to trying this in a veggie pita wrap, too.

I added chopped plum tomatoes and used a mexican olive mix called "Alcaparrado" which has green olives, capers, and pimentos. Delicious recipe loved by all by cookout guests!

I've made these a couple of times now. My family loves them. We use the kalamata olives and, if we have them, fresh herbs. Thank you!

This were great! Used chopped calamata olives, everything else according to the recipe. Served on kaiser rolls with mayo mixed with pepper and basil, alongside roasted potatoes--a hit with the whole family (even my two toddlers) and an awesome take on the turkey burger. Thanks!

Made these for a BBQ on Saturday and they turned out nicely! Used manzanilla olives stuffed with garlic instead of kalamata (husband doesn't like those for some reason). I made 2lbs of ground turkey for a total of 8 patties. The comments I received were all of praise and suggestions for next time: 1 tsp of salt for bring out the flavor of the turkey, a tbsp of olive oil to give it a little fat (so it doesn't stick to the grill), and grated parmesan/romano cheese to accent the feta. With all these ideas, I can't wait to make these again. :D
