What can I say that hasn't been said - best turkey burgers!! Did use ground chicken though!! ;) And did add maybe 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs. Made the rest as is! Thanks for a keeper! :)

We love these burgers. They are easy to throw together and we usually have most of the stuff on hand. My non-red-meat-eating mother loves coming to our house for cookouts now. They don't taste like a hamburger, they are their own delicious thing.

This recipe will make our regular rotation. Used 6 oz. of reduced fat feta and kalamata olives. Served on whole wheat buns. Wasn't sure what to serve with it so we just had tator tots. Had 1.25 lbs of turkey so I made 5 generous patties. Thanks for sharing!

So good! I'm a beef girl but both me and the bf are trying to be healthier so I figured I would give this a try. I ran out of feta so I used a 4 cheese blend and made the sauce from http://www.recipezaar.com/Chicken-With-Garlic-Cream-Sauce-213904 to top the burgers. Would be good with tzatziki too... Thanks najwa!

Delish, used Kalamata olives and even my hubby loved it and he hates it when I mess with "the burger".

These were very good- the spices were just right. However, I wished they had more of the feta cheese taste. This is just a personal thing. I think next time, I'll also add some feta to the top of the burgers just before taking off the grill.

These were great - i also added a little sauteed spinach to the burgers - part of another recipe i had for Weight Watchers - these were great - also works to broil them on a rainy day - not as much fat as pan frying

WOW we had these for dinner last night and hubby even loved them. What gandmothers won't do for their kids. My Granddaughter won't eat 'cow' so we all have been looking for something that she will eat and won't be left out during family picnics. I did make some adjustments. Left out the olives - yuk!!! I also reduced the basil to 1/2 teaspoon (it was optional anyway). It was raining last night, so pan-fried in cast iron with a little EVOO. This is a keeper recipe :-D

Was afraid that they would be overly seasoned, but they were terrific! A tad salty from the olives, but overall great with a little low-fat mayo, crisp romaine on a grilled whole wheat bun.

Very tasty. I ate it as is with a side of asparagus. I also used Ground Chicken as that's all that was left. To cook my burgers I pan fried them, then popped them in the oven for about 10 minutes to cook the insides. Loved it! Thank you very much for the simple recipe. :)

Very quick and tasty mid week meal. Served on toasted turkish bread with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Will use fresh garlic and onion next time for a bit more bite.

I crumbled turkey so it was easy to measure! It was great over salad with a dab of sour cream! I did not add feta lowering the sodium count. It was great with out the feta!

Man, these are good!! No wonder they are rated so high. I did not have any feta and used swiss cheese instead. They still tasted delicious. Next time I will try the feta so they will authentic. Reminds me of having a gyro on a bun. Mmmm!

Wow! This was so awesome! I wasn't expecting this to taste as wonderful as it did. I'd give it more than 5 stars. I didn't even use the full cup of Feta. I bought the smaller one at the store by mistake. I can only imagine it with more!!! I made my patties four hours before cooking so the flavors would meld a bit. I served them on pita, with lettuce, tomato and topped them with Egyptian Garlic Yogurt Cucumber Salad Egyptian Garlic Yogurt Cucumber Salad . I even love this without sauce. I made two with black olives for me and two without. The burgers without olives were still great but think the black olives gave it extra great flavor. I'm thrilled, what a great way to make ground turkey taste good. I'll be making this very often. THANK YOU!

Oh Wow! I made this exactly as posted, and it was fabulous. I ate this on Arnold Select Sandwich Thins, something new I found at the grocery store. I can't stand the pita bread at the grocery store, and didn't have time to run to the greek market for fresh! These sandwich thins were a cross between a pita and a hamburger bun, perfect for this burger! Next time I'll throw some cucumbers and sliced onions on the bun with the burger. And mix up some tzatziki sauce to use instead of the mayo. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. I loved it! I made this for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Tag!
