Absolutly Wonderful! I've been trying to start eating healthier and with a recipe as good as this, I don't miss the fast food at all. Seriously. I made greek potatoes with this #87782. This is definatly a keeper.

Delicious! I served these on olive rosemary wheat bread with baby spinach and roma tomatoes as garnish, and fresh lemon-garlic green beans on the side. The burgers were so moist and tender that we didn't need condiments. I pan-fried mine and used the basil. Note that when you pan-fry turkey burgers, you need to squeeze the liquid out of the ground turkey first; otherwise they puff up while cooking and are kind of gross.

I am the worse ever! Cannot believe I never rated!! 50 lashes... AWESOME!!! Seriously, I wasn't sure DH would like the feta, but he did and so did everyone else. We have used ground turkey, ground pork and ground chicken. No matter what kind of meat, they are always tender and juicy... Thank you SO much

Excellent! Did not eat with buns- but server greek salad on the side. Even DH said they were good!

These are fantastic. We made them as noted ine recipe but with slightly more turkey and got 5 burgers out of the 1.25 pounds of turkey. We increased everything except the feta because I only had a cup of cheese, but they were delicious this way and slightly lower in calories. We also used low-fat feta.

We really enjoyed this! DH does not like olives at all, so I only did them in half. I used kalamata olives and I really thought they added dimension to the patty. I served the burgers with a sour cream/granulated garlic/lemon juice/salt/pepper spread I made up, as well as some thick slices of fresh cucumber. We ate them on whole wheat buns. Next time we will definitely have thin slices of red onion as well. Thanks so much, dinner tonight was great!!

I have tried to find a way for us to like turkey burgers, and I must say this is it! These are fantastic! Ate them on a crusty bun with mayo, lettuce and tomato. Really want to try them with the cucumber sauce, thanks for a great recipe!

This was so, so good!! Even my husband who claims to hate ground turkey said these were really good. I'm eating the left overs right now. I love the olives in this recipe. I topped them with recipe#310246. I will be making these often. Thanks for sharing!

We sure did enjoy these burgers as a break from the everyday. They're missinig something, though. I used an everyday oil and vinegar with lemon and Greek spices (oregano, spearmint, etc) to use on my bun (rather than condiments), and that helped for me. We ate them with tomato and lettuce. YUM! Thanks for the recipe!!

My husband and I love Greek food especially after living next door to our Greek landlord when we were in Germany (yeah, I know). I had 1/2 lb of ground turkey and 1/2 lb of ground pork in my freezer I needed to use which really helped the flavor and the consistency (turkey tends to crumble). I only added 1/2 c of feta and it still had great flavor. I served it with Tzatziki (recipe #310246) which was a perfect compliment to the flavor of the burger. Delicious!

This was wonderful...really easy, and quick...I used fresh garlic, parsley and grated onion in the place of dried, I used the stove top grill pan, and it worked out well! thanks for the recipe!

This recipe has become one of my regulars. It's low in fat and high in protein. We like to serve it broken down like taco meat and served in a pita with lettuce tomato and miracle whip. This freezes well and thaws beautifully for those nights when you just don't have very much time.

These are something that my husband has requested that I make again. He loved them and so did I...very easy to make. Just heated some pita bread, topped with some mayo, cucumber slices, lettuce, and dinner was done. Thanks for the recipe.

Hubby loved this made with Kalmata olives. I used low-fat Feta because that's what I had but would recommend regular Feta to get the cheese to melt and become creamier.

We had a huge turkey frozen from Thanksgiving, so we thawed it, separated it, removed the bones, and ground everything but one breast (we'll be roasting that). We used the freshly ground meat to make these burgers, and we were quite pleased with how they turned out. Good texture and flavor. We served them with feta cheese and tomatoes on plain old hamburger buns. Yummy!

Family loved these... minus the olives. I followed recipe but used only 1 4oz package of feta. I also pan fried in olive oil and finished at 400 in the oven. Delicious.
