    oz. pasta

    Units: US | Metric


    1. 1
      Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl. set mixture aside.
    2. 2
      Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally.

      Drain, add hot pasta to the tomato mixture and toss to coat.

      Season to taste with salt and pepper.

      A very nice dish, quick and easy. Rather than fresh tomatoes I used a can of tomatoes, avoided salt, and enjoyed :) Lovely recipe, made for Alphabet tag. Thanks for sharing, dear prudence :)

      I don't know what I did wrong. We didn't like this recipe. Maybe it was the fat-free feta I used? I think I'll try it again with regular feta and maybe basil instead of parsley like one of the other reviewers suggested.
