I tried these pancakes with all purpose flour, and self raising flour, they were delicious with both. I don't know if I made them any healthier, but I then tried them with 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour and 4 tablespoons buckwheat flour, and changed the sugar to 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute and added 1 teaspoon vanilla instead of 1/2. They were absolutely delicious topped with sliced banana and sugar free maple syrup. Excellent recipe Boomette. Thank you.

Yummy! I've tried yogurt pancakes before and not been impressed, but these were very tasty and the whole family enjoyed them. I doubled the recipe, used a 16 oz container of vanilla Greek yogurt. Served with homemade honey syrup which nicely complimented the yogurt tang. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I love these pancakes! I add cinnamon and the flavor is really great with the tangy yogurt flavor.

We loved these pancakes! They remind me of sourdough pancakes. They came out so light and fluffy. I've made other yogurt pancake recipes and they come out a little rubbery. As long as we have Greek yogurt in the house this will be our "go to" pancake recipe.

Excellent recipe, Boomette. It's practically flourless. But, you should have told us how HEALTHY it is with its low fat, low carbs and low sugar. The kids loved these pancakes, especially with the addition of chocolate chips.
The only thing I would change is the cooking time. I cooked them on a temperature controlled griddle at 375 degrees F, and found that they needed a little extra time due to the wet batter.

Boomie, I loved these pancakes. They were the best. Light, fluffy, tender and full of flavor. Made the recipe exactly as written, but used a nice thick, greek blackberry yogurt, that was wonderful in this recipe. The pancakes are worth the extra effort. I garnished them simply with a pat of butter and some icing sugar. Thank you so much for sharing a recipe that I plan on enjoying often. I will be adding this recipe to my favorites cookbook for 2011.

Delightfully light and flavorful pancake! The yogurt not only makes these delightful pancakes light it also helps keep them nice and moist. Made half recipe using eggbeaters in place of eggs, will be making these tasty pancakes again. Thanks for the post.

I was surprised by these, the batter I thought was quite thick so was expecting a dense pancake but they were lovely & light. I used a flavoured yoghurt and so no toppings were needed, were good as is. Thanks for posting!

These pancakes came out wonderful and were definitely different but still tasted very good with some butter and syrup. They were quite fluffy and light which was a delicious change to regular pancakes. Thank you for the special treat! Made for ZWT6

The recipe works perfectly and makes beautiful fluffy pancakes. They are very moist and light as a feather with a marvelous health factor. I thought that the yogurt tang would be great and really pleasant, however, I found it to not be as pleasing as I had expected for my taste. I enjoyed trying the recipe that I topped with cherry applesauce.

We loved these pancakes and will now be making mine this way all the time. They are so light, fluffy and not so dry as normal pancakes. I made these for breakfast this morning for my visiting sister and my self, so made 1/2 of the recipe, which gave four pancakes. Served with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Thanks for sharing a new favorite pancake. Made for ZWT6.

My sister-in-law makes pancakes with yogurt, but doesn't use eggs,so I was happy for the extra protein. DDs enjoyed this for breakfast and they were happy to be part of the ZWT 6.
