"I think many fruits could be used here, nectarines, peaches, cherries, etc.. I may also use pecans instead of the walnuts. This is from Bobby Flay. Posted for ZWT6."

 1. Such a good and healthy dessert. Although, I did add extra honey to the yogurt...I couldn't help myself! My son and I both agreed that the grilled plums would be excellent with vanilla ice cream, too!! ~Made for Zee Zesties for the ZWT6~

 2. We loved the flavors in this dessert! So easy to prepare and it made a lovely presentation in the bowl. Made for the X-tra Hot Dishes

 3. This was a nice light dessert. I used apriplums (a new apricot/plum hybrid I found, looks like an apricot but has the taste of a plum). Overall the dish was really tangy. We added a little sugar to the yogurt and some extra orange juice.

Hello all, being from California, I can honestly say I am a foodie. You can walk by construction workers here and hear them saying things like, So I used some fresh garlic and olive oil, then threw the rest into the pan to sautee. LOL I love all kinds of food, and trying to eat healthier as I get older, but still indulge in the occasional deep-fried food or sweet.
I LOVE this site! I have 3 or 4 other food sites such as Epicurious and Food Network, but I always come back here! The ease and all of the features just can't be beat.
Thanks Zaar and I look forward to participating more.
