Fantastic recipe. Love the result. I did mine in early in a Friday night and the whole process was finished by mid morning the next day. I used 2 heating pads and a soft zipped food cooler (or in this case "food warmer"); one pad on the bottom, one on the top. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks! This is not Balkan style yogurt. This is just Greek yogurt. There's a big difference between Greek and Balkan style yogurt.

Excellent recipe.........very easy to make (if you time it right). I had to get up at 4am to transfer into colander. Great taste........... well worth getting up in the middle of the morning for. I don't think I'll ever buy yogurt at the store!! Thanks for sharing this recipe! Any ideas what to do with the whey? Is it useful?
