  1. Made this dip on Sunday for the Packer game. Brought it over to a friends and baked it there! This was wonderful! The feta cheese gave a wonderful "tang" to the overall flavor. It's very rich, but and cheesy, but we had absolutely no problems devoring it with crackers and chips! This would also be wonderful on those cocktail rye bread pieces! Thanks Mysterygirl...this one will get made for my Oscar Party!

  2. Attention all Feta lovers - you must try this dip, you'll love it! I served it with crackers and toasted pita bread and it was devoured in no time. Great recipe MG!

  3. This dish is a must try if you like artichokes and feta. The combined flavors are really exceptionally good and worked well together. It is a nice change from other dips. Thanks for sharing this great tasting recipe. It's a keeper in my books.

  4. I made this yesterday for a party because it was different. This was the only appetizer that was devoured (no leftovers). Everyone wanted the recipe! I forgot to buy the piementos but the dip didn't suffer at all! Thank you for this recipe. I'm sure that I'll make this one again!

  5. Tasty dip! The feta gives it a nice taste. Served it with bagel chips and crackers. Gone before I knew it!

Tweaks

  1. Add a dash of cayenne pepper

  2. 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic

  3. We made this last night when we had friends over. It was easy to prepare and was quickly devoured by our guests. DH and I thought it was really good, but did not love it and would give it the 4 star rating. However, my guests really enjoyed it and said it was worthy of the highest rating. I would give this a 4.5 then, if I could, based on the combination of opinions. I substituted sundried tomatoes as suggested by one reviewer, as I, too, don't care for pimentos. We served this with tortilla chips. Thanks for posting this tasty appetizer!

  4. I had exactly ten minutes notice of impending company and happened to have most of these ingredients on hand. As I was pressed for time, I just threw everything into the food processor and zapped it a couple of times and it was perfect. I substituted sundried tomatoes for the pimentos, because that's what I had on hand. As I was in a pinch I microwaved it for a few minutes first and then popped it in the oven for about 10 minutes to brown up a bit. It was a hit! This is a great recipe and I will make it again in the future, using some of the garnishes suggested. Thanks Mysterygirl.
