Fantastic recipe!!! I will make this again and again. The only thing I changed was that we were almost out of regular mayo so I used about half regular and half light mayo. We served on lightly toasted pita triangles. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

I made this quite awhile ago but forgot to review it. We really enjoyed it! I'll definitely be making this during the holidays.

It was a bit saltier than expected. I would make again, but would def. change it up a bit to suit our tastes more. I think it would be good with an addition of black pepper and red onion. I would probably cut back a bit on the mayo too. Good overall though.

I added fresh cut up shrimp pieces to mine and we dipped our chips and enjoyed every single one of them! My neighbor shared it with me and she went home with the recipe telling me she couldn't wait to give her sisters the recipe as they entertain a lot and would love it as much as she did. Great dip anytime! I look forward to sharing it with my other family members!

Delicioso...Easy to make. I didn't have pimentos in the house, but I did have shrimp. So, I added it and it was wonderful. The kids even loved it. Thank you. It's a keeper.

I had to change it up a little for preference- I added some shredded cheese after I pulled out of the oven. I also cut up some jalapeno stuffed olives.

Great alternative to spinach/artichoke dips. Wonderful flavor! Tripled the recipe (only doubled the pimentos), due to the size of the batch I placed it in a covered dish, baked for 30 minutes - then uncovered for 20 and finished the browning under the broiler.

I made this dip last summer and again over the holidays and this was alway's the very first appetizer to disappear! I served it with sliced baugette that I brushed with olive oil and baked. This dip is REALLY good! I will be making it alot over the summer.

At 1st, I didn't like it. I made it with what I had on hand... artichokes marinated in oil. The dip turned out really oily & there was too much going on in the dip. I drained them very well too & thought I got all the oil out. I made it again the next week & used artichokes packed in water & that batch of dip came out much, much better. So go with the chokes packed in water. This is a great dip & is a wonderful party pleaser! Tastes great with the optional tomatoes & onions too! Thanks!

Very easy and always a crowd pleaser. I serve it with baked pita or bagel chips. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so high in fat :)

We made this last night when we had friends over. It was easy to prepare and was quickly devoured by our guests. DH and I thought it was really good, but did not love it and would give it the 4 star rating. However, my guests really enjoyed it and said it was worthy of the highest rating. I would give this a 4.5 then, if I could, based on the combination of opinions. I substituted sundried tomatoes as suggested by one reviewer, as I, too, don't care for pimentos. We served this with tortilla chips. Thanks for posting this tasty appetizer!

I made this for my Bunco group and there was less than a spoonful left over. I only used an ounce of pimentos as I'm not a big fan and it still turned out great! This one's a keeper.

Very tasty stuff.. I made some of this last night and while I wouldn't eat it with a spoon (too overwhelming in terms of flavor), it goes GREAT with anything from crackers to tortilla chips.. My local store only had 5oz containers of Feta so I just used one and it came out great.. Even my wife loved it and she's not a fan of Feta cheese.. Definitely will make this again.

Another AWSOME recipe from this site! I didn't get a chance to use the tomato or onion - it was gone before I could add them. Thanks for your ratings - they are really helpful.
