Everybody loved this for a munchy on Thanksgiving day. I've also made it for parties. Fabulous with pita chips.

my husband was given a 64 oz jar of marinated artichokes as a joke well I had to find a way to use I made the dip for a Christmas party I drained and try to pat out a lot of the oil served with bagel chips that I baked with a garlic and sea salt and olive oil for an extra kick then I topped off the dip with grape tomatoes green onion also iI did not have pimentoes but I had olives with pimentos in side cut in half and used on top

Wow! What a crowd pleaser!! So easy to make and the taste is WONDERFUL!! Not your ordinary artichoke dip.

Loved this dip! I used 2 9-oz packages of frozen artichoke hearts (thawed), and let my food processor do all the work. I pureed everything but the artichoke hearts together, then added those in and pulsed a few times so they remained chunky. I didn't have any pimentos so omitted them. This dip was great with chunks of marble rye and French baguette, and I think it'd make a great sandwich spread too. Three people asked for the recipe so I sent them the link. Thanks for posting!

i made this fantastic dip for labor day and it was inhaled. i used low fat mayo, used a pinch of garlic and eliminated the pimentos, i don't do pimentos, it was really good, the feta cheese gave a wonderful flavor depth! a keeper. reallllly good with triscuits.

This was really great, we all loved it! Will save this to make again. It makes a nice change from classic artichoke dip. The only change I made was I roasted a pepper and chopped it up rather than using the pimentos.

OMG, YUM, YUM, YUM! I did not use the pimentos or optional garnish, it was good as is. This would be good slathered on french bread then baked. Fabulous!

This was a hit! I forgot the garnish, but it didn't seem like it was missing anything. I served it with pita chips. Very good - I would make this one again.

I got tonnes of compliments with this one! I replaced most of the mayo with sour cream, and used small, diced red peppers to replace pimentos. Fast to throw together, and even faster to disappear! Thanks!

This was terrific. I made it for company this weekend and it turned out great. There was only four of us and the bowl was almost gone by the end of the evening. Great recipe. I like the feta variation on the classic artichoke recipe.

I used sundried tomato and basil feta for this tasty dip. Served it with toasted ciabatta and it was great.

Terrific recipe! Very simple, very yummy! I didn't have pimento, but I think it would add more to the appearance than the taste. I served this with crackers and there wasn't a speck left!

I love feta, and I love artichokes, so I was really excited when I found this recipe. After tasting it, I thought it was pretty good, but not great. The mayo flavor was just too strong for me. Also, I wouldn't recommend eating this dip with tortilla chips. They just didn't go well together. Crackers or toasted slices of cocktail bread worked much better.

Loved this!! Everybody kept mentioning that it was similar to the ubiquitous artichoke dip, but tangier and better.

I went with this because I love artichokes but had never had them w/Feta. Took it to a bbq and it was a hit. It was all gone at the end of the evening. I will make this one again.
