An award winning recipe from the California Raisin Marketing Board. Sounds good, so placed here for safe keeping. A vegetarian salad that they say will put a smile on your face.
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and turn into large serving bowl; drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat well. Set aside to cool.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl; toss to combine well. Serve at room temperature.
Except that its not a true "vegan" recipe because of the cheese in it. I suppose they could leave that out if they wanted to make this recipe. I know its not titled as a vegan recipe, only referred to in the description.
