This was excellent, it did taste of restaurant quality and my family loved it! I didn't change anything, except I keep dressing on the side, so I could save the leftovers for the next day.

I have used this recipe over and over. I do alter it just a bit. For two heads of romaine; I half the dressing recipe. I also use a little less olive oil, little less herbs, and all 3 tbs. of red wine vinegar. I like my greek salad a bit tart. Lastly, I add some of the feta to the dressing and of course let the dressing sit. I often add some thinly sliced bell peppers to the salad.

WE LOVED IT!!! No need to hit our favorite Greek Restaurant anymore. I can't believe how close the flavors are to my favorite Greek salad. Thank you! I served this with Pork Souvlaki #39526 over the top. Next time will serve with gyro meat.

By far the best out there! I follow it to a T then add chunks of grilled chicken. Mark T 63

I served this at our annual fourth of July get together. It was a big hit. With the dressing, I did reduce the olive oil to 3/4 a cup, and I was glad I did--I believe otherwise would have been a bit too "oily" tasting. Did add 1 additional TBSP red wine vinegar, per husband's request that it needed a bit more "tang." Used 1/2 a red onion--mine was big and seemed strong. Did not find I needed but 1/4 lb feta cheese. Everyone really enjoyed it--serves a lot as a side dish. Thanks for sharing.

I served this at a dinner party, where I was running terribly behind on the food, but when I served them the salad, everyone said the same thing: "It was well worth the wait!! I'm not a salad lover at all, but wanted to atleast try what everyone else was raving about, and WOOOOOW! This has made it on the list of few salads that I do love!! Everything was perfect -- the combo of salad ingredients and the dressing. I didn't change a thing .. and thank goodness I didn't!!

This salad is heavenly. Will have to make this at least once a week for DH. He loved it. Served it with "oopah!" Feta Chicken Breasts and Greek Potatoes (Oven-Roasted and Delicious!). Wonderful meal.

This dressing is so great because it has all of the elements of Greek dressing that we all like, but maybe can't put our finger on when we taste it. It's also very flexible. If you like a litlle more or less of this or that, just adjust the recipe to your taste and it wil be perfect. I just dressed a bulgar pilaf with it and it's delicious. The dressing is so good on a Greek salad, but try it with your grains and pasta salads too. Thanks Kittencal!

This dressing was so good, well okay the whole salad was great. We tossed it on our plates because I have little ones that prefer to make their own. I used my blender for mixing the dressing then put it into a cruet to serve. In fact right now I'm thinking about having some for lunch, MMmmm.

I can't tell you how many times I have made this dressing. I love it! I just decrease the oil a tad and increase the lemon juice and vinegar. Delicious. Thank you.

This is an amazingly good salad, all the flavours are balanced perfectly. I don't like romaine in my greek salad so I omitted that, otherwise made it exactly as outlined.

We made this salad for a memorial day picnic. It was a huge success. Everyone loved it! I squeezed a lemon over the salad right before I tossed it and sprinkled it with a teeny bit of Kosher Salt. The ingredients (feta, olives, pepperoncini) in the salad are pretty salty so use it sparingly. The dressing was PERFECT! I used garlic powder instead of fresh garlic because I was running out of time.

Like you need any more rave reviews, but here's one more! I'm eating a salad right now, and I have to say....I LOVE THIS DRESSING! I have it in the fridge in a pint jar, and I can't stop making salads with it. The only change I made was I added 2 more tablespoons of the red wine vinegar, but I love this recipe cause you can make it to your taste. My husband does not like Greek salads at all, and he's eating one right now too :)Thanks for sharing a now Summer staple in our house!

Wonderful Greek salad! I 4thed the recipe and was enough for 4 large side salads. This has the perfect blend of seasonings, and was the best Greek salad I have had so far! Thanks again for another great one!
