This is so delicious. One recommendation, I liked to add a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan on top before baking. It melts and browns into a really nice crust that makes it taste more like "real" spanakopita.

This is a great recipe. It tastes delicious but is so good for you. I followed the ingredients per recipe. I used 1/2 fresh spinach that had been steamed a little and 1/2 frozen. Made for ZWT4.

This is fantastic! I had it for breakfast every day for almost a week. Very authentic Greek flavor and it keeps well too. Not too cheesy like some of the other low-carb quiches/pies.

I'm not really a spinach fan, but I love spanakopita! This was pretty simple to make (I used Greek yogurt because that's what I had on hand) and it turned out AMAZING! What a fabulous, healthy, low carb friendly recipe - thanks ofr sharing!!!

This was great, a wonderful surprise! I hardly waited for it to cool. I didn't change a thing, but used a plain nonfat yogurt and left it in the oven just under 45min. Thanks this will be made again!

I love this recipe. I have it about three times a month when I'm lowcarbing...even took it to my Curves Nutrition class! Easy to assemble, keeps well in the fridge...but cover it as it dries out quickly if left uncovered. And it is such a nice flavor when I'm dieting...omaelaine
