I got this recipe from a nutritionist. It makes any plain salad come alive!
Make and share this Low-Fat Sugar-Free and Non-Dairy Caesar Salad Dressing recipe from Food.com.
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman's)
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Place all ingredients in plastic bowl.
- Beat all together.
I made it for a ceasar salad, it was great!!!!
Very yummy! I did make some changes. I used fat-free mayo, 1/3 less splenda (will used less next time), dijon mustard, and about 2 Tbs. parmesan cheese. It turned out great! Thanks for the recipe! [Photo uploaded with this review]
this is a good honey mustard sub. but not a caesar taste at all. i did cut the splenda in half and it was still too sweet for us. next time i will half the splenda again and try that. it just needs a new name.
