      WOW! This is absolutely delicious. I used a regular plain yogurt (Mountain High) instead of Greek and substituted kidney beans for cannellini and used fresh cilantro in place of parsley. The flavors are terrific. The yogurt makes it nice and creamy and the spices give it great flavor. THANK YOU FOR POSTING! Made for Pick a Chef Spring 2011.
