  • Combine beans, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and zest in food processor and mix until creamy.
  • Add the remaining herbs and spices and mix for a few more minutes or until desired consistency.
  • Enjoy!

  1. WOW! This is absolutely delicious. I used a regular plain yogurt (Mountain High) instead of Greek and substituted kidney beans for cannellini and used fresh cilantro in place of parsley.
