Other than adding more oregano, I followed the recipe as written and very much enjoyed the result. Just excellent.
After spending a few years on the island of Crete, anything I can get that has Kalamata olives, Feta cheese and olive oil is a winner for me. The only thing I did differently was to add a little Thyme to it. Thanks for posting!
