- 24 ounces roasted red peppers
- 6 ounces feta cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups pine nuts, toasted
- 1 cup fresh basil leaf
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray and brown pine nuts.
- Mix all ingredients and spread into pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with pita chips or rustic bread chunks.
