This was excellent- and very much like the Schlotzky's pizza. The bread you use will make all the difference. I used a flat bread and baked it right on the oven rack. I'll definitely make this again.

I use a recipe almost identical at my Pampered Chef shows & people LOVE it! The only difference, I add some italian seasoning, red pepper flakes & diced red pepper. I've also added left over chicken. YUMMY!!!!

Easy, tangy and delicious! I added a few fresh spinach leaves and it was a wonderful lunch treat. To make just one serving, I used 2 T of pesto and that was just right for me. Thanks for posting!
