My chicken came out nice and moist. The flavor was mild and pleasant. The mint did not overpower the flavor at all. I used a lowfat greek style yogurt and added just a pinch of curry powder. I allowed this to marinate for 2 hours before cooking. We were very pleased. Thanx!
