Next time you're in the mood for Greek food, but you don't want to slave away in the kitchen, try this quick and easy recipe. If you have greek seasoning on hand you can skip making your own; making this recipe all the quicker. Of course, you'll need Tzatziki sauce. For that see Greek Lamb on Skewers (Souvlaki). Minute steaks are also known as Steak Ums.

Super Easy! I also used EarthGrains new thin buns since they are softer than alot of pita pockets. Pure Tzatziki Sauce of the Gods is the recipe I use to top it off. It's VERY easy to make too and really is a perfect tzatziki. I did make it w/o the coriander the first time and it turned out ok but is better w/ it. The veggies are supper yummy. I do them diced though cause it's easier to top w/ them that way IMO.

Delicious and so easy - even better than the ones sold at the Greek restaurants! I admit I used packaged Greek seasoning and skipped the Tzaziki sauce -- but the veggi mix is so wonderful no one missed the sauce. Will be having these often! Thanks for sharing this keeper!
