This is a wonderful moussaka recipe - its definitely my favourite and ive tried a few!!!! The bechamel sauce topping is incredible. you enjoy it just as it is.
I love Moussaka, and this was a great one! I used half aubergine and half potato, boiling the aliced potato rather than frying it. I also added a pinch of cinnamon with the lamb and a good slosh of red wine. Yum!
