For ZWT#6, from the website Greek-recipes.com. Too bad I can't review any of the recipes I post for the tour, but it is on my to make list. :)
- 1 1⁄2 liters olive oil
- 3 -4 sprigs herbs (any combination of dill, parsley, basil, rosemary, spearmint)
- Wash the herbs and dry them very well.
- Add the herbs in the bottle and preseve in a dry place for at least 10 days.
- The olive oil has been aromatized. It is better to remove the herbs from the bottle because they might spoil the aroma after some period.

Very nice! Made using 4 sprigs of rosemary. Could barley wait the ten days need for aging, but am so glad I as the aged protect is wonderful. This would also make a nice gift for the holidays. Thanks so much for the post.
I used a combination of basil and lemon thyme. The oil has a lovely, rich basil flavor as you first taste it, then finishes with a peppery bite and you catch the thyme, very nice! I can't wait to try it over pasta or for dipping bread with a little garlic added. Made for PRMRT.
